| An Oregon native, Barb graduated from the University of Oregon’s Lundquist School of Business in 1980 and continued to work for Fred Meyer Inc. where she had worked through high school and college. During the next 10 years, working in Eugene, Albany, Salem, Gresham, and Tualatin, she rose through the Fred Meyer ranks to Store Director. After purchasing Sir Speedy Printing in 1988, Barb joined the company full time in 1990. Owning a business had been a goal for Barb and Nick and the printing business has been gratifying on both a personal and professional level for the past 21 years. She says every day is different, every job is unique and the staff and customers make it a pleasure to come to work each day. On the “off hours” she enjoys keeping up with family events, switching up the décor at home, driving her Z3 convertible on sunny days, tending to the rose garden, long walks, hanging out at the pool and being amused by their constant canine companion Zoë. Go Blazers….Go Ducks! |

| Also a native of Oregon, Nick served with the Army in Vietnam, returning home to attend college in Eugene. An opportunity arose in the management training program at Fred Meyer and he spent the next 15 years moving up the corporate ranks to the position of District Manager. Nick had always wanted to have his own business and achieved that goal in June of 1988 with the purchase of Sir Speedy Printing. Along with his wife Barb, he has been the vision and driving force behind the success of Expressions (formerly Sir Speedy) Printing for the last 20 years. He has enjoyed watching the business grow over the years and turning his dream into a reality. Nick is a weekend golfer looking forward to being able to spend more time lowering his handicap. A big yard and garden keeps the summer busy. He also enjoys spending time with family that is now spread out between Oregon, Washington, Arizona and Texas and being amused by their constant canine companion Zoë. |

| Michael has been with Expressions Printing since 1989. He is the heart and soul of the pressroom, handling all print jobs from start to finish. Michael enjoys the variety of work and the way that every project is different. His work allows him to be involved with all aspects of the print project, giving him the opportunity to help customers achieve their visions on paper. With a keen eye for detail, he still treats printing as a skilled craft. He enjoys the family-like camaraderie among the staff, which attributes to his longevity with the company. Michael and his wife enjoy trying out new restaurants and going to movies. They like prowling around at Bridgeport Village and on 3rd Street in McMinnville. When they can get away, the beach at Lincoln City is the destination of choice. He is an avid reader, likes watching reality television and being with family. |

Lisa Reynolds

| Lisa has been with Expressions Printing since 1995. She graduated from Western Oregon University in 1980 with a BS in Art. Before joining us, Lisa was a calligrapher for Uncommon Press in Salem, a graphic artist for Polk County ESD, and the Print Shop Manager for the Itemizer-Observer newspaper in Dallas, OR. Lisa’s job is varied which keeps every day interesting. She enjoys helping her clients and personally seeing jobs through the production process from start to finish. Lisa and her husband are on a bowling league and are big followers of the PBR Bull Riders, Trail Blazers basketball, and most spectator sports. Her many collections include 50’s retro pieces and salt and pepper shakers, which she has a museum-like display of at home. Vintage Barbie dolls are also a pastime. She is working on finishing a room to showcase them (it’s a big collection!) |

| Rob has been with Expressions Printing since 2000. Rob served as a Senior Airman USAF - Surveillance Tech. 611th ASC, Elmendorf, AK. Upon completion of his military duties, he worked a variety of jobs while going to college. He joined us prior to completing a degree in Publishing Technology with an emphasis on design. He says, “I enjoy seeing a job go from its infancy, as just a thought or scribble on a scrap piece of paper, through the process of design, proofing, output and finishing. I also like it when I'm out and about and I see something we've produced. Whether it's a brochure, a magazine ad, a trade show sign or someone's business card, it's nice to say that we had a hand in it being there.” Rob and his wife have four boys which, when he’s not busy here, keep him more then busy at home. He enjoys spending time with family, gardening and watching (Detroit Red Wings) Hockey. |

| Crystal has been with Expressions Printing since 2001. Crystal started with Unisource Paper Company in Southern California. She transferred to the Portland branch accounting department when her family moved to Oregon. From there she moved over to their affiliate, Paper Plus, holding the position of office manager and inside sales representative. Crystal says she enjoys helping her clients bring their printing projects to life, serving as their consultant and advocate. She says, “I love that it’s something different everyday.” Crystal has a broad knowledge of the printing process and a unique quality of working with people that makes her a favorite among her clients. She enjoys gardening, karate classes, keeping up with her teenage sons activities and spending time with her extended family in Oregon, Idaho, Washington and California. Crystal and her husband also have a 1 year old daughter. |

| Leland has been with Expressions Printing since February 2006. Leland picks up the pieces for the rest of us. He says he likes “being a kind of everyman, it keeps me on my toes.” Among his varied duties, first and foremost is our delivery driver. Leland is probably the member of our team our customers see the most. From cold rainy days to bright sunny days, he navigates the maze of traffic to bring our clients their printing projects. Prior to joining us, he worked at Best Buy as a customer service representative and in other retail/customer oriented jobs. He says he likes “the reaction of customers when I’ve completed or delivered a job ahead of schedule.” When not keeping us entertained, Leland is a small theatre actor and vocalist performing when the opportunity allows. He enjoys spending his down time watching classic movies, playing retro games and working out. |

| Dawn has been with Expressions Printing since March 2007. Her extensive experience in the printing industry has made her a great asset to our company. Upon graduating from high school, where she focused on graphic arts classes, Dawn worked for Sir Speedy Printing in California. Family obligations took her to England, Minnesota and Spokane where again she worked for a local Sir Speedy and Copy Rite Printing. Moving to Sherwood a few years ago, Dawn worked for Minuteman Press before joining Expressions. She also likes the variety of work that comes with being in the printing industry and the camaraderie of the staff. Dawn likes reading and spending time with her husband, 9 year old daughter, family and friends. They like wine tasting at the nearby vineyards, visiting local attractions and camping. They travel to visit family in Spokane and England whenever possible. |

| Zoë has been with Expressions Printing since October 1999. On the days when she comes to the office, she enjoys hanging out in the lobby and greeting customers. When not working, she is a student at Puppy Playhouse in Sherwood where she enjoys learning and playing with her friends. |
